This Privacy Policy explains how Praxidyn LLC ("Praxidyn," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit praxidyn.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. The Mixmate app, Intersect cloud services, and Mixmate hardware are covered by their own agreements and privacy terms, which are provided with those products.

Information you give us

You can browse most of the Site without telling us who you are. We collect personal information when you choose to provide it, for example when you:

Fill out a contact, quote, or information request form
Take the Find My Setup quiz
Book a call through our scheduling tool
Subscribe to our newsletter or request a brochure
Email or call us

Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, company or farm name, mailing address, your industry, details about your operation and equipment, and anything you write in a message field.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and the service providers listed below automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you view, the links you click, how long you stay, and the website that referred you. This information is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Cookies and tracking tools we use

We use the following third-party tools on the Site. Each sets or reads cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, and each provider has its own privacy policy:

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the performance of our pages.
Google Ads to measure conversions from our advertising and to show you ads on Google and partner sites based on your visit to the Site (remarketing).
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure conversions from our advertising and to show you ads on Meta platforms based on your visit to the Site.
ActiveCampaign site tracking, which records the pages you visit. If you have clicked a link in one of our emails or submitted a form, this activity may be associated with your contact record so we can follow up on what you are interested in.
YouTube for embedded videos and Calendly for call booking. When you play a video or open the booking tool, those services may set their own cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. You can also opt out of personalized advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com, from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and from many advertising networks at optout.aboutads.info. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your questions, quote requests, and calls
Recommend a Mixmate configuration based on your quiz answers
Connect you with a Praxidyn dealer when you ask us to, or when you ask us to match you with one
Send you information about Mixmate products, events, and news, if you have asked for it or we are following up on an inquiry
Understand how the Site is used and improve it
Measure and improve our advertising
Protect the Site and comply with the law

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Dealers. If you ask to be connected with a dealer, or ask us to match you with one, we send your contact details, location, and quiz or form answers to that dealer so they can follow up with you.
Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, including Webflow (website hosting), ActiveCampaign (email and contact management), Google, Meta, Calendly, and YouTube. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies as described above.
Legal reasons. When we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Praxidyn, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If Praxidyn is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Email, phone, and text messages

If you give us your email address, we may use it to answer your inquiry and to send you information about Mixmate products, events, and news. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

You can review, update, or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@praxidyn.com or calling (712) 587-9721. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we have collected and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise those rights, contact us using the information below.

Data retention and security

We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as we have a business need for them, such as an ongoing customer relationship or a follow-up on a quote. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and our website host maintains its own security program. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you by email without undue delay and as required by law.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including our support knowledge base, financing partners, dealer websites, and social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
