Spray Tender Trailers Solutions

With the rising demands for the next generation of farmers and custom applicators, it's critical to establish a complete and robust system, not a set of habits that become operational bottlenecks. That's why we created a solution that checks all the boxes and yet is easy to use, no matter the operator; if you can use a smartphone or tablet, you can run Mixmate!

Fill the sprayer, not your schedule

Parking the sprayer, mixing, filling, and pulling away has never taken less time, even as a one-person operation. Mixmate runs the tender so the sprayer spends its day spraying, not idling at the trailer.

No more mixing-order mistakes

Wrong product sequence can gel a tank and cost a day of cleanup. Mixmate sequences every product and rinse automatically and prompts the operator only when a hand-add is needed: no skipped ingredients, no double additions, no incompatibility surprises.

Rinse without the exposure

Bulk and tote products move through a closed system, so the operator never handles the concentrate at all. For jugs, air-assisted emptying, jug rinse, and dedicated line rinse keep product off hands and clothes and out of the cab, and leave the plumbing clean for the next mix.

Records ride along

Every load is logged automatically (products, amounts, operator, time) over Mixmate's own Wi-Fi network, no cell coverage needed. Records sync to the cloud when the tender gets back in range.

Fusion Inductor with bulk/tote inputs

Fusion Inductor with bulk/tote inputs

Compact enough to save trailer deck space, with air-assisted jug emptying, jug rinse, and load-cell weighing for dry products. The standard tender build.

Valve Stack for bulk products

Valve Stack for bulk products

Three or four bulk inputs per stack through factory-calibrated meters, six to eight on a Double Stack, mounted below the deck if you like, with more stacks or single inputs added as needed. One transfer pump moves everything, so there are no 12-volt pumps on individual totes.

3" Water Control

3" Water Control

Full-size water flow for big sprayers, with rinse held to the end so the hose holds only water when you disconnect at the field. 2" water control is available for smaller rigs.

Fusion Skid

Fusion Skid

A complete system on one frame, transfer pump included. Bolt it to the trailer, connect water and bulk lines, and mix, or move it to the shed in the off-season.

Answer a few quick questions and we'll recommend the right Mixmate setup, then connect you with a dealer that sells or builds custom trailers.

Think through before you start: How many bulk or tote inputs do you need? Do you have jugs or dry flowables to measure? Does the system need to move between truck and storage (a Fusion Skid may fit)?
