Bulk and tote products move through a closed system, so nobody pours concentrate or breathes it, and every product you can move from jugs to totes makes the job safer. Every mix is logged automatically: who mixed it, what went in, and when. Batch records sync to the cloud when you're back in coverage, so compliance reporting and restricted-use documentation take care of themselves.
Start simple, grow with your operation
Mixmate is modular. Start with an inductor and a valve stack on a tender trailer, then add single inputs, large-line fertilizer metering, or a stationary plant later. Your first purchase keeps its value as your operation grows.
Fusion Inductor with bulk/tote inputs
When the spray window opens, the tender can't be the bottleneck. Jugs empty, weigh, and rinse in about 15 seconds; bulk products meter simultaneously; a big sprayer fills in 4–8 minutes.
3" Water Control
Full-size water flow for large sprayers, with rinse held to the end so the hose holds only water when you disconnect. Saving 10 minutes a load is worth about 20% more sprayer capacity. 2" water control is available for smaller rigs.
Valve Stack for bulk products
Three or four bulk inputs per stack through factory-calibrated meters, or six to eight on the Double Stack, which runs two products at once. The sweet-spot setup for a tender trailer.
Fusion Skid: trailer or shop
Trailer or stationary: your call, and you can change it. The Skid is a complete system on one frame with its own transfer pump. Bolt it to the tender for the season, then forklift it into the shop for the winter. Connect water and bulk lines wherever it sits and the same app runs it.
