Integrated load cells precisely measure every liquid or dry product added, prompting you at each step as you pour. When your system is properly equipped, weights are recorded automatically with no manual entry.
Add a valve stack to measure bulk products: three inputs standard, or four with an add-on valve, with single inputs and additional stacks added as your product list grows. Add a valve and a flowmeter to measure and control water into the mix and you have hit the price and performance sweet spot in the Mixmate system.
Built-in air and water rinsing evacuates and rinses jugs in seconds, reducing product waste and improving operator safety.
Used for whole quantities, such as full bags or full jugs, so large amounts of product can be added quickly in bulk.
Used when odd amounts need to be weighed, such as a partial bag or a rate that doesn't match a full container. The scale zeroes before each addition, so you pour until the target reads out and every ingredient is measured on its own.
The integrated rinse system thoroughly cleans the inductor bowl between products and at job completion, eliminating cross-contamination between chemicals.
